Dear Ten&See Team,

Thank you very much for arranging the viewing of the 3-bedroom unit at Sunway GeoLake Residences on Monday. The unit was in excellent condition and my housemates and I were very impressed with the finishes, the lake view, and the proximity to the Monash BRT stop.

Following our discussion, we would like to formally express our interest in proceeding with the tenancy. Could you please confirm the following before we proceed:

1. The confirmed monthly rental rate for a 12-month tenancy
2. Whether the landlord would consider including WiFi and utility cap in the rental package
3. The earliest available move-in date (we are targeting 1st July 2026, in line with our academic intake)

We are three Monash University postgraduate students and we are prepared to provide proof of enrolment, passport copies, and a guarantor letter from the university if required. We are also happy to pay a 2-month security deposit upfront.

Please do let us know if there is any additional paperwork or formalities needed from our side. We are keen to finalise this as soon as possible.
